Con has worked in the energy and heavy industry fields for 30+ years primarily in the fields of Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Renewable Energy and Asset Management. Con has held several senior executive positions including General Manger positions where he has managed several businesses. Con’s expertise is in project management of multidisciplinary projects ranging from EPC to EPCM delivery methods including specification preparation, tender analysis, negotiation and award of contract to contract management and dispute resolution. His particular technical expertise is in thermal power stations, particularly boilers.

Marc has over twelve years of experience in the design of substations for transmission and distribution projects in Australia and New Zealand that involve power systems protection, substation primary, substation communications, secondary and automation design and power systems modelling. Marc’s particular area of expertise is that of Power Systems Modelling.
Power system analysis, including fault calculation, load flow study and transient stability analysis, Switchyard and Substation Secondary system and primary design for Transmission and distribution authorities and GIS switchgear.
He has been the design manager for a number of substation projects managing a team of design engineers and drafters including managing the interfaces with civil works, enabling works, drainage, connection etc.
